PORTAL SCANNER
Measure and analyze magnetic field distributions of large flat magnets and magnetic assemblies with Magcam's fast 3-axis motorized magnetic field scanner.
ENGINEERED FOR FLAT MAGNETS & MAGNETIC ASSEMBLIES
How does the Portal Scanner measure magnetic fields?
At the heart of the Portal Scanner, you can find the Magcam's integrated magnetic field camera, MiniCube 3D containing a two-dimensional array of Hall sensors. With more than 16000 measurement points in the magnetic field camera enables the Portal Scanner to measure the entire magnetic field accurately at high speed and collect extensive data for in-depth magnetic field analysis.
ACCURATE MAGNET POSITIONING FOR HIGH PRECISION MEASUREMENT
Featuring synchronous servomotors enables the Portal Scanner to capture all magnetic field details at the closest measurement distance of 0.5 mm. A built-in calibrated positioning frame is designed for accurately positioning the magnet, facilitating high-precision measurement. Placing the positioning accuracy of the X, Y, and Z axes at 24 μm and the repeatability per axis is +/- 1.3 μm.
