Measure and analyze three-component magnetic field distributions of small magnets with Magcam's magnetic field measurement platform.
MiniTable is Magcam's magnetic field measurement platform is designed to measure magnetic field distributions of small magnets (less than 10 x 10 mm) with the built-in Magcam's magnetic field camera, MiniCube 3D, which provides quantitative 3D magnetic field maps ( Bx, By, Bz) of the magnet in a 2D plane with 0,1 mm spatial resolution, measured at record speed.
The integrated magnetic field camera, MiniCube 3D is placed at the center of the MiniTable. The camera contains Magcam's patented sensor chip, integrating more than 16000 Hall magnetic field sensors, in a 2D array. After the magnet is placed on the magnetic field camera's surface within the positioning frame, each sensor independently measures the magnetic field of the magnet. This way, the cutting-edge sensor area maps the magnetic field at record speed, collecting all the required data for comprehensive analysis in Magcam's MagScope software.
The adjustable positioning frame makes it possible to repeatedly and accurately position small magnets. The frame's position can be adjusted in the XY plane to position magnets of different sizes.
The MiniTable is connected with MagScope, Magcam's magnetic field measurement and analysis software enabling real-time visualization of the magnetic field in 2D or 3D, as well as magnetic field data analysis. Therefore, MagScope can perfectly characterize the magnet's three-component magnetic field distributions and perform quality control.
