How does the MiniTable Measurement Platform measure 3D magnetic fields of your magnets ?

The integrated magnetic field camera, MiniCube 3D is placed at the center of the MiniTable. The camera contains Magcam's patented sensor chip, integrating more than 16000 Hall magnetic field sensors, in a 2D array. After the magnet is placed on the magnetic field camera's surface within the positioning frame, each sensor independently measures the magnetic field of the magnet. This way, the cutting-edge sensor area maps the magnetic field at record speed, collecting all the required data for comprehensive analysis in Magcam's MagScope software.

CALIBRATED MAGNET POSITIONING FRAME

The adjustable positioning frame makes it possible to repeatedly and accurately position small magnets. The frame's position can be adjusted in the XY plane to position magnets of different sizes.

MAGSCOPE, POWERFUL MAGNETIC FIELD DATA ANALYSIS SOFTWARE

The MiniTable is connected with MagScope, Magcam's magnetic field measurement and analysis software enabling real-time visualization of the magnetic field in 2D or 3D, as well as magnetic field data analysis. Therefore, MagScope can perfectly characterize the magnet's three-component magnetic field distributions and perform quality control.
